Aleksander Kwasniewski, a former Polish president and currently a board member for Ukrainian gas company Burisma, says Hunter Biden was chosen to join its advisory board because of his name and that that is simply how the world of business works, the AP reports.
But Kwasniewski insisted in an interview with the AP on Thursday that Biden was an active board member who helped the company, and that he never used his relationship with his father to further the company’s interests.
He said: “I understand that if someone asks me to be part of some project it’s not only because I’m so good, it’s also because I am Kwasniewski and I am a former president of Poland. … Being Biden is not bad. It’s a good name.”
The statement is idiotic. Hiring Biden because it’s a “good name” is so his good name can further the company’s interests. Otherwise they would have hired Hunta Bideninski.
Oh okay. Never mind the fact that his daddy Biden told Ukraine to fire the prosecutor that was investigating the sham company that is Burisma. No conflict there, eh dumb dumb?

I wonder how much oil/gas/energy experience the Polish President has or whether he’s another “good name”. Are all the members of the board “good names”? Nope, they arent’t. The “good names” are hired for the political influence they can bring to bear in favor of the company. There’s nothing wrong with this (unless their actions actually break the law) but they must be honest about it. In Biden’s case it’s the influence that Burisma think he can wield through his father and all the evidence so far point to this. The question is, is old Joe on board with this and his actions so far would indicate that he is.
A honest investigation would reveal this and the media know this so they’re playing this down and non-reporting it while they keep pushing non-existent Trumps sins.
Inquiring minds want to know how much he was paid to use his ‘good name’ for his bullshit statement. That’s how things work, right? He said it, not me.
