Five Signs Black Americans Are ‘Awakening’ to a Break with the Democrat Party

Breitbart:

Last week former NFL player Jack Brewer declared a “tremendous awakening” is happening in the country as some black Americans are abandoning the Democrat Party and turning to support President Donald Trump.

Brewer said:

I’m going to take the guy who’s actually putting in the policies that are going to make life better for my young black son and my young black daughter, versus somebody who gives me lip service — like, unfortunately, the Democrats have done for our community for years.

Brewer’s words are backed up by recent concrete efforts, starting with the Blexit movement, and, now, new polling that shows some black voters are indeed pulling away from the Democrat Party on particular issues as the 2020 election year is upon us. read more

  1. Enough of them are tired of the likes of colon kapernick selling out their country so he can make money selling them nike overpriced shoes.

They’re catching on to the scam. Kapernick is a paid traitor, just as nike is.

  2. Well, if you hang around long enough, history repeats.

It was during FDR’s New Deal — despite its banning blacks from many of its benefits — that brought a majority of blacks into the Democrat party. It wasn’t the economic growth opportunities of the New Deal, it was the welfare handouts. The average black family historically lacks the ability to accumulate enough wealth to take advantage of the kinds of savings and investing made by average whites. At the time of the Great Depression their poverty was worse than at any other time, so Democrat cheese and powdered milk made all the difference for black families on the razor’s edge. POTUS Trump’s family friendly economic policies are now helping everyone, including blacks, understand the difference between merely getting by and thriving, and this may be the year that blacks return to the party of their freedom and equality.
