Trump earlier proclaimed January 22 – the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision in Roe v. Wade – to be “National Sanctity of Human Life Day,” a day when the nation “proudly and strongly reaffirms our commitment to protect the precious gift of life at every stage, from conception to natural death.”
The president said in his proclamation:
Every person — the born and unborn, the poor, the downcast, the disabled, the infirm, and the elderly — has inherent value. Although each journey is different, no life is without worth or is inconsequential; the rights of all people must be defended. On National Sanctity of Human Life Day, our Nation proudly and strongly reaffirms our commitment to protect the precious gift of life at every stage, from conception to natural death.
Every prior Republican president has failed to show their support for the unborn. Shame on them! Trump has demonstrated he is by far more moral by opposing murder by abortion.
The left is brazen in their support of anything. (Just look at that crookmal gore and his fawning over the deranged greta thornberg.)
He shows what he means by his actions. Bravo, Mr. President!!!
The Declaration says Life, Liberty, and the pursuit, Both documents written by the same group. How can the constitution say death on demand? The high court screwed the pooch.
We must cull the republican herd so the likes of flake, corker, romney, murkowski etc never return. Mcconnell is another milquetoast.

That’s my President…
No one will read this, as I am so late to the thread, but I live in Canada, where it is now legal to assist the elderly in dying. Of course, it begins with the plea for the sick and dying who are in dreadful pain, but in only a few short months, I personally have stories of those who have had what they so “lovingly” call MAID, or medically assisted dying (I note how often we need to clean up the language of killing) who were not in chronic pain, but just tired of living, or afraid of having pain in an end stage illness, or just ready to save their loved ones the ongoing expense of nursing home care. – No lie, I have personal knowledge of just those three cases.
I love our president as he not only abhors abortion, but this end life killing, also.
