A death panel is still a death panel no matter what euphemism they use to try to use to sugar coat it.
Health care would be very cheap if nobody got any!
Dick Lamm, a former governor of Colorado, addressed healthcare costs way back in the ’80’s by saying that old people have a duty to die.
FWIW, he’s currently 84.
…well, from a Democrat point of view…
1) Dead people are cheap = more to steal.
2) Convenient way to get rid of people who won’t accept your perverted program (see: England’s NIH system changes below, or China’s Social Credit system)

3) Dead people can’t come at you with torches and pitchforks.
4) Every person who dies for the “wrong” politics may scare the REST of the peasants into compliance.
5) You don’t have to hire a firing squad or buy bullets. Just don’t let anyone help them when they’re sick.
6) Less people seeing less doctors = more doctors to take care of every little thing for the RULING class families.
And, best of all,
7) Dead people are GUARANTEED Democrat votes.
