patriot Retort: Last week, I saw a thread from Buck Sexton about a study linking New York City’s Wuhan virus outbreak to duration of time spent on the NYC subways.
New Yorkers have thought all along that the subway was the covid-19 super spread But with the panic driven lockdown, authorities took a virus that had already spread widely and forced people into more crowded subway cars and buses with limited service. This made it worse-
DeBlasio and the Cuomo Crime Syndicate will happily kill as many New Yorkers as needed to meet their ends. Namely to grab as much Federal cash in the form of bail out money as possible, and also to shift blame for everything evil that they do to Trump.
If the subways and buses don’t get you, being a senior in a nursing home that had to accept Covid patients from hospitals because Fredo’s brother made you surely will.
Cuomo railed against having to give nursing homes PPE’s but made sure to send them a weekly allotment of body bags.
You can’t make this shit up.

So it looks to me like doing nothing at all and letting the disease run its course (like other flu’s) could have been more effective at mitigating the virus than the measures that were taken.
If it had run its course naturally there would be no major spread problem at this time, and many people would have developed immunities from very light exposure to the virus, that never made them sick, but just produced antibodies that protect them and prevent a further significant outbreak.
Wait till they come up with some kind of rushed through vaccine and see how that works out (I expect it to worsen the situation).
Is the pope, Catholic? 🙄
Come on.
We all know that it’s Bush’s fault.
For a long and happy life, never ever go to the NYC metro area.. virus or no virus.
The London Underground had the same effect. Mind the gap!
Eventually it will come out that the Chinese conspired with the Democrats to further their cause to destroy America.
Look at Drudge Report headlines (I know, I know). It’s over. The groundswell is toward reopening, around the globe. There will be resistance, of course, and media will gleefully point to the occasional hot spot (which there are now plenty of resources to respond to) and trumpet the death tolls, but too many people want to get back to living.
As I mentioned yesterday, I bought my plane ticket and made reservations yesterday for a June 9 trip to NC.
Viruses and public transportation – – what could possibly go wrong?
They may be infested with the Chinese crud but you can ride them for free if you can jump over the turnstile!
I may have umped he turnstile a few times – years ago the I was not old. My lack of resect for big Brother is inbred.
7/4/76 a very important letter was published. # of my kin risked their lives to Big Brother by signing. but sign they did! How could I let such brave, smart men down?
Had I no lost my CAR papers 60 years ag I cold name them. But….
BTW NYers are not hardened to cold. Ridden many “trains” many times from Dec to Apr. most folk sniffle non stop!
Wuhan Clan ain’t nothin’ to f#@% wit’
So they cut down on the scheduled number of subway trips to try and get people to use other forms of transportation, or not go to work at all. That’s my guess. But it forced more people into fewer subway trips, so increased the number of people riding, and increased the number of cases.
Another government program gone deadly wrong because of unintended consequences.
whew … good thing I ain’t ate at Subway in a long while!
