The Cut
Aimee Stephens, the first transgender person to bring a civil rights case before the United States Supreme Court, has died at age 59.
According to the New York Times, Stephens died in her Detroit home on Tuesday, from kidney disease complications. Her wife, Donna Stephens, issued a statement thanking Aimee’s supporters “from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, generosity, and keeping my best friend and soul mate in your thoughts and prayers.”
Stephens’s court case centers around the application of federal anti-discrimination laws to transgender workers, and could have landmark implications. More
Weird the way sometimes things have a way of working themselves out…
Supreme court case closed period.

…Covid death? I’m betting on Covid death…
…so the Supremes will have to rule in this guy’s favor because it would be the sads to do otherwise, and also some kind of racist, or phobic, or something if they don’t, so those ol’ Republican meanies just HAVE to recuse so the women can soothe the hurts of one of their own…/s
“…could have landmark implications.”
…to the extent that a dildo planted up the ass of a mutiliated dead guy who spent his life professionally pretending to be a woman sticks up from the ground if you bury him shallow and face down is a landmark, sure, call it a landmark…
People dying young is unfortunate, but some premature deaths are less unfortunate than others.
Just because you cut your cock and balls off doesn’t mean you changed your sex. Thus, it isn’t sex discrimination.

Xhe doesn’t identify as dead.
So, no.
Why is it that any time I see “trans” in any story I immediately turn off and DGAFF.
Well, maybe not stories of 70 trans AMs:

Things just keep getting weirder and weirder.
Morbidly obese – not a good outcome for kidney disease, probably related to diabetes (my non-medical opinion).
That, along with weird hormone treatments HE most likely received, and I am not surprised HE died at 59.
That’s a shame.
I guess. Don’t care, really.
He/she had two kidneys, so doesn’t that count as two Covid-19 deaths?
This shit is always so confusing to me. Since they call it a her, I assume it’s a he. Is the wife a he or a she? If you’re a he, but want to be a she and you have a wife that is a she what the hell does that make you?
People keep talking about a new normal, how about we go way back and be really normal. Marriage is between a man and a woman. Men don’t pretend to be women and women don’t pretend be men and queers stay in the closet. Almost every home has a husband(dad), wife(mom) and kids. I liked that normal.
Well … bye …
