Anytime a black person is roughed-up by a white cop, it is automatically “racially motivated”. When a white guy is beat up by a gang of black guys, it is NEVER racially motivated. The later is far more frequent than the former.
Notice the video said the cops arrived AFTER the thugs left the scene. They were probably waiting around the corner until it was safe.
