Oregon man jailed after refusing to wear face mask in court

kgw-

In the small town of Sweet Home, Oregon, a man said his refusal to wear a mask landed him in jail.

“We’re in an unprecedented time,” said Ray Towry, Sweet Home city manager. “We’re all kind of learning as we go through this.”

Towry’s been fielding a lot of questions about what happened in Sweet Home Municipal Court Wednesday. John “JT” Kulbeth appeared on harassment and traffic citations. He also refused to wear a face mask. Kulbeth shared his account of what happened on the Lars Larson radio show

  1. You must submit. You must wear the symbols of the democrats official narrative.

    ——

A hospital administrator in Tx has claimed that the people who are ‘filling up’ hospitals in Tx are in there for a multitude of other things and they are being counted as virus hospitalizations.

Iow, the actual science that showed an economic shutdown would wreck people’s health is coming home to roost. And the con men at the top are now labeling these newly sick people as virus related.

Seeing as how they have overstated the cases of virus, they have called deaths from other things as virus deaths, it is only of the same pattern to now claim that people in the hospital from some malady are now called virus patients.

The scam never ends and the republican governors and senators and judges are not doing a damn thing to stop it. They are participating. They are complicit.

  2. The Jews in Europe had to wear a symbol also.

This man’s Constitutionally guaranteed civil right to privacy under Roe v. Wade was violated by that judge

  3. I just got home and I’m livid, was forced to wear a mask today at a couple places I frequent.

Governor Douchebag gave the Mayor’s around Arizona the ability to force us to wear masks. I’m here to tell you that this BS is probably going to on through next year.

Nothing like wearing a friggin mask when it’s 110 degrees outside.

  4. “We’re all kind of learning as we go through this.”

We seem to be learning how to increase the frustration of the masses of many city dwellers to the extent that it is lashing out in irrational anger and destroying our cities and overturning the essential and long standing legal and social institutions needed to keep a culture functional.

But maybe that is what it is intended to be doing,

  5. Heck, I got kicked out of my diabetic eye exam for not wearing a mask. I invoked the American’s with Disabilities Act. Because of HIPPA no one needs to disclose why they would be covered by the ADA. The office biotch didn’t know what the ADA was. She came at me and didn’t social distance while wearing a slobby looking mask herself. I got a note in writing that I requested saying theyevicted me. I’m now looking for another eye doctor. I tried to file a complaint and got a run arround by the DC office that handles complaints for ADA. USELESS.

A Nam Vet I know will be REQUIRED to have a WuFlu test at the hospital before they flush his urine port that he has because of bladder cancer.

I am scheduled to have an MRI and two CT Scans next week. Laying still for 2 hours with a rigid, but open head “mask” encasing my head with two different IV contrasts going into my veins.

The scheduler told me I will be required to wear a mask. I told her I cannot wear one. She told me to tell them when I come in.
Will see what happens. If they try to make me wear a mask, I am to walk out with the blessings of DH, and I will assume God has a handle on the cancer.

  6. I wore a mask for my eye appointment.

Took a masons apron I jacked years ago and used that. Has the all seeing eye, nice blue border.

Turns out Freemasons get hella mad when you wear one as a face mask. I highly endorse their use.

  7. went to my cardiologist the other day for an echogram & a vascular scan … mask only around my chin. echo tech said nothing, vascular tech started scolding me to ‘properly wear my mask’ … I said I was & I was exempt by the ADA … & promptly retorted, “why are Dr’s. offices the biggest Nazis?” … she replied, (no kidding) “I’m just following orders” …. I just laughed & said, “exactly”.

… she was quite nice to me afterwards

I had my card laminated and keep it handy just in case.

At Costco I just show my Costco card on the way in, smile and say: thank you for the offer, but I don’t use them, and proceed with my shopping. One guy came over while I was loading my vehicle and told me that when they were in the store his Karen was having a kitten with a wire tail over me not wearing a mask. He said he shrugged his shoulders and suggested she tend to her own knitting.

She stuck her tongue out at me when they were leaving, he wasn’t looking.

Haven’t worn one yet except at work when standing near others speaking to them. Those are the rules when in the office. I don’t have a problem with that.
