  1. I just listened to her radio interview. She’s the real deal and President Donald J Trump knows who she is and likes her….This is a good thing. She has a long road ahead of her based on what Colorado has become so send her some cash if you can….She’s the gal that owns Shooters bar and grill in Rifle Colorado where all the waitrons and customers are encouraged to be wearing a sidearm…

Obscene federal ‘diversity training’ scam prospers — even under Trump

Critical race theory — the far-left academic discourse centered on the concepts of “whiteness,” “white fragility” and “white privilege” — is coursing through the federal government’s veins. Under a GOP administration, no less. Last month, a private diversity-consulting firm conducted a training titled “Difficult Conversations About Race in Troubling Times” for several federal agencies. The training called on white employees at the Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the National Credit Union Administration and the Office of the Comptroller to pledge “allyship [sic] amid the George Floyd Tragedy.”

  4. @willysgoatgruff put my thoughts better than I probably would have.

I also listened to her interview with Peter. Peter is always one who will ask the right questions and is not afraid to criticize when people are wishy washy. Great listen and you can go to the KNUS web site and listen to the interview.

  5. Below is a cut/paste from Sundance (who seems to be up to something big lately) as encouragement, and to offset the messages from those among us who are doing their level best to expand their company of misery.

“Quit listening to those who say “can’t” and “won’t”…

If they feel comfortable sitting in their socially distant box and bitching about all things that are not right, or might be not be right…. Or, if they prefer to allow themselves to be overcome with dark imaginings simply because what cannot be done is more comfortable than the effort to oversee what needs to be done…. well, that’s okay.

    They can do that.

And when they are done doing that they’ll still be in the same place.

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
    Joshua 1:9

Remember – Do not worry yourself with dark imaginings. Turn your fear into resolve; turn that resolve into action. I am not going to be discouraged… check that…. I purposefully choose not to be discouraged. Each of us has the ability to control our thoughts.

Live your best life, RIGHT NOW, and remember it’s the only one we have.

We live in the greatest nation on the face of the earth. We are the people of that nation, with boundless opportunities most of the world can only dream of.

    We are Americans….”

I will put a much finer point on Sundance’s message of truth and encouragement:

Those of us who won the cosmic lottery and find ourselves citizens of America have a duty and obligation to rid ourselves of the Left’s long, slow march through our minds and attitudes. If you believe for one moment that voting one way or another doesn’t matter or that one person or another makes no difference in D.C. or anywhere else, you are ignoring our own history. You are ignoring our own present situation. There are two people who come immediately to mind: Presidents Trump and Washington. And both men stood on the shoulders of all who believed that choosing one person over another could make all the difference.

Perfect is the enemy of good.

  6. @AbigailAdams – I saw that as well. Do you mind if I use your title for it? Do I have to pay for it? I do agree that there are many points in it that are true American values, but many points that are pure indoctrination.

    **Edit**
I don’t remember seeing this on IOTW (I may have missed it, there are so many great posts), maybe a good topic?

  7. @RogerF — I saw it over at Van der Luen’s AmericanDigest.org. The accompanying article is worth a read, too. He’s such a good writer.

I don’t know who the originator was, probably someone at the MUAACH. I don’t think you have to pay for it.

You’re right, some of their “bad” characteristics are purely fictional. The “blonde, thin, Barbie” description, for example, comes out of Hollywood and the entertainment industry in general. Looking around America today, it doesn’t seem to be a cultural norm, anyway. LOL!

  8. @RogerF — If you’ve been reading up on the latest craze going on in gov’t orgs and many private companies about “White Supremacy” Sensitivity Training, that Whiteness is Evil poster is the template for it. Someone here in Seattle obtained all the training materials for that trash via FOIA. I heard him in an interview on local talk radio discussing all the so-called white characteristics which have been identified as “systemically racist” and should be eradicated from American culture. Most of those cited on that poster are among them, including the values/characteristics “objectivity” and “perfectionism.”

  9. RogerF — I’d sure like to know who is providing the money and other resources for this Whiteness is Evil program. As an organized effort, it debuted almost overnight and is permeating nearly every major institution — education, gov’t, many large companies, and so forth. It is definitely an orchestrated and highly organized effort.

  10. @AbigailAdams – I saw it as I was watching a Fox News show sometime in the last couple of days. Yes, that Barbie statement was one I saw as well. I wish I knew that so I could have avoided my brunette and redhead relationships :S Others include, but not limited to:
    – Intent counts (only if you are a lib)
    – Win at all costs
    – Wife is homemaker and subordinate to the husband (obviously many here don’t follow this, you RACISTS!!)

    2
  11. @AbigailAdams – Yes, the Whiteness is Evil poster is a new twist, but I remember going through “sensitivity training” in the 80s, or whatever the term of the day was at that time, and even back then, we were told to be more aware of differences, meaning in racial or gender differences at the time. Since then they have added so many other groups (none of which I fit into until recently – I am old now)

***Another edit*** OK, I will stop hijacking the topic of this post because Lauren Boebert deserves a thread of her own

  12. Yes, there was a huge push for “diversity” training in the ’80s, but what we’re seeing today is very different in that it doesn’t merely nudge, it is a hammer blow to all that is perceived to come from being caucasian. It’s an unvarnished attempt to characterize white people as being inherently evil or “bad seed”. Quite a difference from the “inclusion” messages of the past.

(I think we’re at the tail end of the Laren Boebert thread, so I’m not worried about taking up space here.)

  13. I have as much faith in Republicans as I do the Democrats. They are the same party. They are all corporate socialists.

    Taxation without representation.

    > Does anyone really think electing anyone will make any difference in the direction America, and the rest of the world as well, is heading?

Hundreds of millions. And they buy the people that call them “enemy” bullets. It is their honor and privilege. And that’s on a good their bestest days.

“I’m pullin’ for ’em. We’re all in this together.”
