Demwit voters in general have proven they can’t follow simple instructions, based the overwhelming number of returned absentee ballots filled in incorrectly or missing information. Even with a “fix” available in states like North Carolina, they fail to do that correctly.
Havesting votes from the stupid would be a real effort if left up to just Democrat voters. On top of that, the mass disposal of absentee ballots burned, taken to dumpsters and thrown in ponds and lakes perpetuated mostly by the USPS prove the left, even when they have the opportunity to cheat, they can screw it up magnificently.
