Gateway Pundit: The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Thursday tossed out Democrat Governor Tony Evers’ Covid stay-at-home order.
The state Supreme Court ruled Tony Evers overstepped his authority when he unilaterally extended the lockdown order for another month without the legislature.

Does this mean the the order will go away or that a way will be found to get around the court’s decision about it?
…and, like any Democrat, he’ll just do it anyway.
That part never surprises me.
But the problem is that LEO will treat it like it’s legal and enforce it FOR him anyway.
…and, considering how Democrats treat LEO’s, I’ll never really understand why, but it is impossible to pretend like they will ever do otherwise…
If the people ignore it then gov has no power.

It depends on the county/city you are in. Sheriffs and other LEOs from conservative areas pretty much said that they will not be enforcing these kind of decrees so don’t bother calling. That’s why I don’t go to Milwaukee or Dane counties unless absolutely necessary.

…it does indeed.
We used to have a Sheriff like that in SW OH.
But they elected a lesbian this month with a history of abuse of authority as Sheriff. It’s a very blue county now.
And she’ll be totally on board with ANY abuse of power, since she’s a fan of it herself.
And being a Democrat, she won’t be able to resist anyway.
What ever happened to equal enforcement of la…oh, never mind…
It’s the governor that needs to be tossed out, but I’m sure most of us already know that.
The rise of freedom is getting more and more difficult to squash, thanks to our president’s examples of fearlessness and leadership!!!
