Okay, what’s up with the raccoons? First it’s a loner feeding the raccoons hot dogs, and now a coon herding goats. What’s next, a Davey Crockett Big Coon Fur Hat?

Aww, It’s Little Fur Cap.

That’ll do, coon. That’ll do.

My best friend Willy would never be herded by a coon.

ANIMALS ARE SO GREAT..
I HAD A REALLLLY BAD DAY TODAY…BUT, WHILE TAKING THE TRASH BINS OUT, A LADY CAME BY WITH TWO DOGS..THE LITTLE BLACK AND WHITE DUDE AT THE END LOOKED AT ME AND SMILED….NO SHIT!!
I WILL SWEAR TO YOU TONIGHT THAT THE SMULE FROM THE DOG WAS A WINK IF ENCOURAGEMENT FROM GOD!!!
CALL ME CRAZY….NOT!!!

One caveat: Every time I’ve heard this from raccoons, they were in distress.
Totally cute, but I wonder if the little guy was looking for mom, or thought he was a sheep and his family was leaving him, or something along those lines.

Benito
I had a Chesapeake Bay that smiled. What a sweet heart of a dog. Made your day coming home. Freaken dog use to hide the wife’s shoes. Seen him do it. Hilarious.

MY SIMPLE POEM ABOUT NY GOOD PAL, ZIGGY:
MY DOG ONCE TOLD ME
THAT HE’D RATHER BE DEAD
THAN TO LIVE WITHOUT FREEDOM
AS PATRICK HENRY SAID
HE’D SNEAK OFF TO THE DOG PARK
WHEN NO ONE WAS LOOKING
BUT WAS SURE TO COME HOME
WHEN DINNER WAS COOKING
LATER AT NIGHT HE WOULD GAZE AT THE SKIES
WITH WONDERMENT OF GOD’S GLORY
AND A TWINKLE IN HIS EYES
OH, HOW I MISS MY DEAR FRIEND
WHO HAS RECENTLY GONE
BUT I WILL FOREVER CHERISH HIS LESSONS
AS I CARRY ON

So cute!

I think we need an ongoing spot to tell our animal stories. I could write books about my crazy critters and many here have some great stories to tell. What do you think Fur?
We need human governors who are this effective.
It’s a baby Whitmer!
