  1. Good for Pasadena!

The Daily Wire tags the town as “home of the Rose Bowl”. But when I hear something about Pasadena I think “home of Cal Tech”. I wonder if the Cal Tech people had any influence on the city govt deciding to tell Noisesome to get stuffed?

  2. I’m totally unfamiliar with the separation and delegation of powers between county and city governments in California.

If the city won’t enforce a county law can the county operate within the city to enforce it itself? Which government issues the primary licenses for these businesses to operate (meaning which has the authority to close them if it wants to)?
