Attorney Sidney Powell went on with Greg Kelly Monday night on Newsmax TV.
This was after US District Court Judge Timothy Batton threw out her voter fraud case in Georgia earlier in the day.
Sidney Powell told Kelly she will proceed immediately with an emergency appeal and expects to get relief from the Supreme Court. more
So far Trump and his associates have fared very poorly in the courts. It’s almost as if all the judges hearing the lawsuits are OWNED by the left. We shall see if they have any luck at the Supreme Court. I’m not holding my breath however. The left has LONG SINCE perfected the art of blackmailing judges. We’ve all seen how Justice Roberts bows and scrapes before their demands even though he was at the time of his nomination “conservative”.
And it isn’t just skeletons in the closet that the left may be rattling. These justices have families and relatives…..and the left is NOT above threatening….and actually committing….violence against these relatives to put pressure on a judge. So Trump had better have a Plan C to go to when all of his court efforts get shot down due to partisanship in the judiciary.

I think she is more likely to be disappointed in her expectations than not.
We should know soon.
Unfortunately the Supreme Court will do nothing.
SCOTUS will say they can’t become involved in settling a political issue.

To refer to John Roberts as Justice Roberts is a scandal and a disgrace in it’s own right. It was apparent to me that the lack of any opposition he faced in his confirmation hearings pretty much confirmed that he was compromised from the get go.
I said it then and have seen absolutely nothing since in the public record to suggest that I may have been mistaken. In fact the opposite is true.
There is nothing more important in a Republic than faultless voting. SCOTUS must take up this treason.
Do you not know that she has not lost her cases? All cases that are heard at the Supreme Court are cases dismissed or thrown out of the lower courts! She is not disappointed, she knows exactly the right moves to take! I believe we will get a hearing this week and a judgement next week! This is far from over! Trump will be our President four more years!
