   Next,that James Fields kid was railroaded. The court reserved three weeks for his trial. Prosecution went on for a week and a half. The “Defense” rested after 2 days. Way to vindicate Fields 6thA rights, Virginia Bar

   They convicted Fields of 1st degree murder even though there was film of him sobbing uncontrollably after learning that he had killed someone. Seeing as how the element of “malice” towards the victim must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt … Im thinking the only malice being shown here was toward a certain half of America
