Boycott Is Not How You Fight The Corporations

YES, not being vaccinated is a medical condition. Therefore such entities are engaging in medical discrimination. While memes are fun and laughing at people in their cars with masks is hilarious – this is dangerous territory with a small window for legal action. – Article here

  1. I just wish these idiots would finally realize that lockdowns, masks, social distancing, etc, doesn’t determine IF you get infected but rather WHEN you are infected. All the BS with “slow the spread” is the problem we are facing. Let the virus run through the population like it’s going to do anyhow, but without slowing it down. Now we’re going to end up with people that were infected at the onset to get reinfected now a year later. And the cycle continues. Let the healthy younguns get infected and we’ll be done with the bullshit in 2 months tops.

Oh, and encourage exercise, sunlight, and proper eating as defense. Rather than pushing vaccines and sitting in a dank house.

  2. Hey Loco
Don’t get me started on Target.🤬

I was able to stroll through a local nursery, Batteries Plus and WalMart without the mask 😷 muzzle. I met a guy at Walmart, and he was not wearing a mask or his three kid’s.

We had a great conversation about the lunacy that has perpetrated our country for the last year.

It is so refreshing to run into people that relate as we do. 😉

  3. Tore makes excellent points but anyone pursuing this needs to be aware of two hurdles that will be thrown up.

    (1) Anyone claiming that he is “immunocompromised” will have to prove that in a lawsuit.

    (2) There are exceptions in the laws, e.g. ADA, that businesses and employers do not have to make “unreasonable” accomodations, e.g. they don’t have to let Typhoid Mary infect them — and too many crazies view the unmasked and unvaccinated in that manner.

  4. You should to stop littering, it’s good for the environment,
YOU NEED TO SEPARATE YOUR TRASH INTO MULTIPLE BINS OR GET FINED
You should to wear a seatbelt, it’s safe.
YOU HAVE TO WEAR A SEATBELT OR GET FINED
You should wear a helmet, it’s safe
YOU HAVE TO WEAR A HELMET OR GET FINED
Gays are normal just like you, we just want to be accepted
YOU MUST LET TRANNIES IN WOMEN’S SPORTS, SHOWER WITH YOUR DAUGHTER

Sensing a pattern here? Yup, we’re not being conditioned, we are conditioned.

  5. Caught the BLK&Bold “black owned” coffee Target commercial tonight…. guess they think it will make them less of a target. They don’t realize this is a “raciss “ commercial.

  6. The China Virus was created to destroy the world economy, and stop the worldwide trend of nationalism, pride and personal success. The socialists imported it here thorough air travel. If you watched the spread graphically (try to find it now) you saw that every city with an international airport was the first major spread. The China Virus was used in this country and others to contain the population so that the elections could be stolen.

  7. I ran into a fella this past weekend who ran a food truck. He called himself “Chef ****”. While conversing with him I learned he had 3 restaurants, all of which were closed due to Kung Flu. Jokingly I asked him if he was gonna go on Top Chef, and he implied that he was too proud of his success to date despite the destruction of his business, and he’d probably slap one of those damn elitists if they told him what to do.

Competence is mistaken for arrogance by the envious and weak. I was impressed that he was unashamed of his talent, and his Philly Cheese steak and fries were the best I have ever had.

Yeah, he was black. I didn’t care. My online review was titled ‘A True American’. They will probably suppress it.

F*** the elitist scum that are running corporations now.

  8. “If no one buys your product/service, you go out of business… period”

But you will never get everyone to boycott, and rarely do you stand a chance of getting enough to boycott to make a difference if they want to keep doing what they do.

Look at Netflix as an example.

But wouldn’t the county or the business have to prove beyond doubt in court that coronavirus19 is so bad people have to be masked at all times? And that the complainer was in fact infected with the virus at that moment they were in the store? They can’t. And certainly not with a 97% survival rate. lol

It’s like trying to prove you were drunk driving 5 days after you were ticketed for speeding, when you weren’t given the drunk test.

  10. MJA, good point.

With regard to the seriousness of the Wuflu, and their assumptions, the businesses will counter with resort to “authorities” and anecdotal cases.

A possible counter to their counter-argument would be to claim actionable defamation per se — falsely accusing someone of ccarrying/spreading a dread disease. (In per se defamation no damages have to be proved, and the publisher of the defamation has to prove truth of his statements.)

But it could be a messy case. It could boil down to who is the stronger litigator, resources-wise.
