House Freedom Caucus Chair Rep. Andy Biggs is proposing a constitutional amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court justices at the current level of nine.
“The Supreme Court of the United States shall be composed of nine justices consisting of one chief justice and eight associate justices,” the amendment would say, according to The Hill which reported that it had acquired a copy.

The Supremely Gutless Court brought this on themselves when they refused to hear any of the challenges to Obiden Bama’s election theft. They are reaping what they allowed to happen, just like Obamacare, the single biggest lurch toward Socialism in our county’s history. Packing the Court with four Black and Brown Colored Mediocrities is probably not going to get done, but this should be a lesson for them to remember when they are shirking their Constitutional duties. Every decision is political now.
