IDIOTS! I’m not a cop but how the hell do you let that happen? Haven’t they ever heard of “setting up a perimeter?” Just before the suspect ran toward the other car I thought to myself, “the cops have way too many people around that car.” Sure enough.
Ten cops and a dog and they let this guy steal another vehicle? Why didn’t they turn the dog loose when he started to run the first time?
And the entire time he is screaming “I can’t breathe!”
