Todd Spaletto is the CEO of The North Face.
Take all his shit away, hand him a solar cell and say have a nice day asshole cuz yer nights are gonna be cold and dark!

Go ask PETA how they feel about Canada Goose Jackets.

I am not sure what outerwear would look like if made with renewables. I am pretty sure the sales would crater
I wonder if anyone had done a cost / benefit analysis of virtue signaling among today’s woke companies.

At department stores like Macy’s, North Face was always excluded from their “% OFF” coupons so I never bought their bullshit anyway.
PS, I miss the old stores like Bacon’s, Shillitos, Ben Snyder, Stewart’s, Ayr-Way…

I wonder if there is any truth to the rumor that Pedo Joe wears face masks made from renewable child-size underwear…

Ahh, the inconvenient truth always gets in the way of a false agenda.
Well, it does if you have shame and a conscience. Unfortunately the lack of those two traits is a requirement to be a self-serving libtard.

People also forget that plastics are derived from the oil and gas industry. Plastic bags, hard plastics used for car light covers, used with fiberglas to make boat hulls, car fenders, surf boards, kayaks. I have no words for the amount of modern day stupidity (when does ignorance become stupidity?)

@Big Momma – I was thinking something similar. Let’s go back to entire steel cars (yes, we had them when I was growing up, including the teenage years). 15 MPG, but almost indestructible. We can convert those old Edsels and Corvairs to all electric.
What?? you want to know why those went out? The Edsel because nobody wanted them and the Corvairs because of Nader. I may be biased because my first car was a Corvair, and I never had any problems with it (thanks Ralph, I will not attend your funeral when you do kick off)

RogerF, my brother had a black Corvair.
I was the mechanical one so I always worked on it.
Climbing under the rear to get to the engine.
I was low to the ground and the steering was fine.
Nader was a simp.
@LocoBlancoSaltine – I am not mechanically inclined but I do remember hoisting up the car to do some maintenance. BTW – mine was a ’61 white
I was never the talk of the class, but I did have a car 😀

“Let’s go back to entire steel cars”
I think rubbery, bendy body parts/fenders would be an improvement.
Make them so the average guy could R&R them instead of needing a repair shop for the slightest bump creating a ding.
Be practical instead of so rigid.

BTW I would LOVE 15 mpg for an average in my work trucks. You have to pay too much to get better than that. No practical savings to get there.
3
Why would anyone that actually works desire North Face? It is expensive junk made for the ski slopes. Want to work and stay warm, go Duluth.

I prefer wool and down for hunting but both of those are also on the no list for the green energy retards. If you are green you basically have to go naked
