Putin must be wondering how much of a moron Biden is. If Russia wants to find out what targets are suitable for a cyber attack, they should (a) hire a spy (preferably someone who is LTGB/BLM/antifa so people will be afraid to question them); (b) buy him/her/they/their/xi/xir a car; (c) have them drive around on our road system which is freely available to anyone; and (d) post their observations on a platform accessible to Russians, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube or some other social media platform. On that last point, be sure to use code phrases like “gee, that electrical station looks important. I wonder how many people it services?”
The point is that the Russians already know what essential targets exist, and there are probably more than 16. But the President is a joke, and I guess he needs to threaten Putin with something – regardless of how silly he looks.
