5. I do wish that The Greatest Generation hadn’t been so tight-lipped about their own experiences of WWII. Though I understand why they would want to just come home and pick up where they left off, it would have been better if their own children had a full understanding of why so many good men died fighting the Axis.

   The fact that they don’t already is an indictment against state sponsored school. It’s not really surprising that a state sponsored indoctrination camp wouldn’t want to teach its future tax slaves about the world history of state sponsored democide against the citizens.
