1. I’ve gone from indifferent to all of the bullshit to actively hostile at this point. If Mask busybodies have any sense they will just leave me alone form here on out.

   Thanks, but no thanks. My children have moved on.

   They used to look forward to our twice/week library visits and really missed them through the “Fourteen days to flatten the curve,” and maybe a month or two after that charade morphed into perpetual exploitation of this Covid hysteria.

   The TPL is no longer relevant. There is absolutely nothing you offered that we cannot get elsewhere and with a great deal less bother. We are particularly adverse to the jumping through hoops for the sake of jumping through hoops. Believe it or not there are sources for everything the library offers who actually went out of their way to serve our needs instead of dreaming up new ways to frustrate our ability to access what we would like to access.

   You are no different than say Home Depot vs McClendon’s. Home depot had a reasonable and proportioned response, as did Lowes. McClendon’s had an entire team of staff at the entrance to gleefully and smugly harass, badger and engage in a one way enlightenment of the benighted. ICYMI, both Home Depot and Lowes are thriving and McClendon’s lot is empty every time I drive past it.

   The shots are available for anyone who wants or needs them. Persons under 12 absolutely are not a vulnerable population. I am kinda’ funny, I resent people trying to exploit ad use my children for their own ends.

   I want to sincerely wish you the best of luck in the future, in that regard I’ll give you the same advice I have for “journalists” who have abused their profession, maybe you should Learn to code. Your present choice of career doesn’t impress me as one that is going to be around much longer.

   So if Tucker had just gone with the national average, the average life expectancy in the US is the same as the average age of death from the Chinese flu.

7. MMinWA: Uk has a higher life expectancy because they cook the books. In the UK, premature babies are not counted as a live birth and are not treated as a patient (they are allowed to die) if they are under a certain gestational term. In the US, if a baby is born with a pulse (unless it is the result of a late term abortion) it is treated as a live birth and medical aid is rendered. Of course, a lot of these super preemies and as you can imagine, the deaths of babies has a big impact on life expectancy rates when they are averaged in with the general population.

   This is also the reason why the US has such a high infant mortality rate compared to the rest of the world. We count all live births, a lot of other countries don’t.

   They cook the books and then brag about higher life expectancies due to muh Socialized Medicine.
