A London library sparked intense backlash after it hired a self-described anti-racist carnival troupe with a performer dressed up as a monkey with a large dildo hanging between his legs for a children’s reading event.
Mandinga claims that their public performances are “are guaranteed fun for family audiences wherever they pop up.”
The so-called Monkey Mayhem performance is described thusly: “Escaped from the circus these trio of acrobatic Monkey’s are causing havoc across town [sic]. They climb, they roll they tumble, but nothing makes them go bananas like being mischievous and having a good laugh.
“First created in 2008 these monkeys have been entertaining audiences across Europe and the UK. They are highly engaging and love audience interaction, Ideal for all kind or family outdoor festivals.”
Mandinga openly professes support for leftist activist causes such as Black Lives Matter and even offers a list of “anti-racist resources” on their website, including the 1619 Project from the New York Times and How To Be An Anti-Racist by Critical Race Theory proponent Ibram X. Kendi.
“Hearts and minds have been awoken on a scale never seen before. We have an opportunity to make fundamental and positive changes. Black Lives Matter reminds us this is a movement, not a moment. We desire to be part of this movement. Through the medium of our art, we’ll come together through collaboration, awareness and resolve to make small but creative mark on this momentous, life enhancing journey,” the carnival troupe wrote.

I have been saying that Milo is a flawed messenger, but he has insights that others who are willing to address these issues overlook. It could be that they purposely “overlook” them, or it could be that they simply do not recognize them. I first became familiar with him when he was being disallowed to express an opinion and when I actually listened to one of his talks it was apparent why this guy is anathema to the left. He truly understands that the hatred progs express is self-hatred being projected on any convenient other they can get away with. What is more, he is more than able to articulate on his thoughts in a lucid manner that many others lack.

I will say this about him: He has been his own worst enemy in as much as he is very much open about how he has been involved in the gay lifestyle and a lot of times has shared thoughts he has that are a product of his life therein. But, he doesn’t shy away from that which has caused a lot of pain and confusion to him personally. He impresses me as having been adamantly and sincerely seeking someplace to land which would allow him to live a life of joy and fulfillment, but was scared and reluctant to give up his past until recently.
I am not into or a follower of cults of personality and if I am learning from someone and getting a good, logical, lucid message from them and that message shifts, I have made no investment in them personally and can leave them behind w/out batting an eyelash.
There is more profundity in this short discussion than I have ever heard from anyone else on the topic period. And he takes the discussion far beyond the topic of just the video in question.
It is worthwhile investing thirty minutes or so listening to it.
