After announcing his decision to run for California governor, talk show radio host, author, and attorney Larry Elder is now facing a reported battle with California’s secretary of state over the legitimacy of his candidacy.

“We’re in court in less than an hour over this B.S. Before we submitted the over 200 pages of 5 yrs of tax returns, my accountant made sure we complied with the law, as did two election law lawyers,” Elder tweeted on Monday. More

  2. Larry Elder is a worst case scenario for Newsome: he’s conservative, but he’s black, intelligent and articulate. While Elder has been on the national radar for a few years now, he has been on the California scene for a long time and most Californians know who he is.

    Newsome would prefer to run against an older white guy that he can point to and claim is out to kill California minorities. Like Walt Williams and Thomas Sowell, Elder does care about minorities but wants to continue to bring them into mainstream America instead of balkanizing the state. Elder is a POC with a wide, broad-based appeal.

  5. This is California ChiComs telling it’s citizens who they are allowed to vote for. They already steal all the elections. They’re not afraid of putting Larry on the ballot. They know they can cheat and defeat him at the polls. They don’t want us hearing what Larry will say on the campaign trail.
    Over the week end Marjorie Taylor Green and Matt Gaetz were going to put on a rally in Anaheim. Orange County. Traditionally very conservative. Until ballot harvesting started. Green and Gaetz had to switch venues three times and finally the county revoked the permits for the final one. County official released a statement that while they approve of free speech, it has to meet their criteria. Again, they don’t want anyone listening to Conservative talk. Green and Gaetz ended up holding an impromptu rally in front of city hall and still had about 250 people show up. This is communism. And there’s only one way to deal with communists. California leads the way. This will be headed towards the rest of the states soon.
