DOJ Issues “Guidance” On State Election Audits

ABC news

The Justice Department on Wednesday released guidance intended to caution states embarking on so-called post-election ‘audits’ of vote counts for the 2020 presidential election that they must not run afoul of federal voting laws.

  1. I can offer a useful translation/summarization of that “guidance” …

“Don’t fuck with this, or we’ll fuck you up good.”

    Or alternatively…

“Nice kneecaps ya got there. Be a shame if something happened to ’em.”

  2. We wouldn’t have had a fraudulent election if the DOJ had not helped in carrying out the fraud. They are not watching over Real Americans, just the crooked ones.

  3. Here we go again, the Federal Government threatening the States over State’s Rights.
The DOJ ignores the Constitution, has a weaponized a two tiered justice system for the elite Vs Citizens, refuses to investigate corruption and lawlessness, and displays No Honesty or Integrity. They even refused to prosecute CCP Spies.
The DOJ, like the FBI, is corrupt, filled with Political Hacks and has become an enemy of the States and their citizens.

  4. That “guidance” is like the fox giving “guidance” on how to guard the henhouse.

  5. “such as preserving all federal elections materials and making sure they’re not tampered with”

Which is exactly the point of the audits.

Glad to hear you’re interested in any offenses that are found during the audits. Hopefully a lot of Democratic operators will be thrown in jail for all the tampering and cheating.
