So I wonder if O’Keefe plans on going to trial, or if he’ll accept a settlement. Sounds like this will take years to wind it’s way through the system.
Even when Mr. O’Keefe gets to ask questions, nobody will report on it. Do you really think CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, WT, and even Fox will really give the answers a legitimate report of this?
I hope he’s got a team of lean, hungry lawyers!
Wild Bill: My guess is he would go to trial. He isn’t doing it as much for the money as it is to expose the corruption in the media. The last thing the NYT wants to do is be exposed.
If there was a pre-trial settlement, it would probably include a non-disclosure agreement.
I don’t think it’s possible to depose ALL of the shit out of the NYT.
If someone managed to, NYC would be about a mile deep in it.
