NYT Opinion
But SB8 is much more diabolical than the average six-week [heartbeat] abortion ban. The law would allow just about anyone — truly, almost any person, anywhere — to sue people or entities who “abet” or even allegedly intend to “abet” abortions in Texas after six weeks of pregnancy. What does it mean to “abet” an abortion? The law isn’t entirely clear on that. But it’s easy to think of ways it could be interpreted: a friend gives a woman money for a procedure, a taxi driver drops someone off at an abortion clinic, a receptionist is stationed inside the front door. Plaintiffs who win their cases would get at least $10,000 each — a provision that seems destined to create a state full of abortion bounty hunters.
What, as they say, could go wrong? More
The NYT thinks it’s diabolical to save unborn children from mothers who would kill them. Interesting!
The New York Slimes is diabolical, anyone or anything who thinks that abortion is not murder is of the Devil and diabolical by design. God bless Texas for standing up for the sanctity of life with this bill.
A great victory for life. The demons must be gnashing their teeth on this one.
GOOD! More, please!
LBJ died the same day that Roe v Wade was passed into law by SCOTUS on Jan. 15, 1973, I always thought that was not coincidental. The left knew what they were doing in destroying the foundations for the sanctity of life, it was all a damned lie foisted on this country by an ungodly Supreme Court led by Harry Blackmun. Hey, FDR in hell, how’s Harry doing these days in the lake of fire for all of eternity?
I saw that video of ricky madcow whining about this and screaming “what are women in Texas going to do?”. My suggestion? – cross their legs.
Hey baby killers in Texas. If you don’t like it…
