Rittenhouse Judge Says Rioters Can’t Be Called ‘Victims’

The trial for Kyle Rittenhouse, who is accused of shooting three people during Black Lives Matter riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is set to begin on Nov. 1.

But on Tuesday, the judge delivered a possible blow to the prosecution.

While in court, Judge Bruce Schroeder said the defense team will be allowed to call the men who were shot “rioters,” “looters” and “arsonists,” WTMJ-TV reported. more here

  3. And Kyle shouldn’t be called a murderer! If I had people chasing me trying to get my weapon I could only believe they wanted to use it on me. Self defense was his only option. And I would never try to take a man’s gun away from him without believing I very well could get shot.
