It should be struck for many reasons, but the one that really hits home in my mind is the fact that there are already too many exceptions. Illegal Aliens are not required to be tested let alone vaxed! Who’s vaxing all the homeless? Who’s vaxing all the Truckers? Who’s vaxing all the Pilots? The government can’t play favorites with this and yet they do! But let’s say this is struck down. Does anyone really think the government is going to stop playing favorites? Does anyone really think they are going to stop the arm-twisting tactics?

How do we verify who is getting the real thing and who is getting a placebo because they are of one party or another???

Striking this down can’t come quickly enough. Like the O/E on evictions/foreclosures they know it will not stand, but will accomplish want they want by the time it is done away with.
The “mandate” may very well be struck down in the court’s. Won’t matter. Biden might be a dementia riddled shell, but he will double down because he knows that he is hated, not disliked, HATED. He will see this as fitting punishment to those of us who refuse to bow down to a wannabe dictator & the puppet masters pulling the strings. He is 10 pounds of shit in a 5 pound bag.
So why does anyone think Biden will obey the Supreme Court any more than he did the 5th circuit? He will do what he wants, and NOBODY has the balls to stop him.
Not going to stop throats getting slit for those that have been harmed by that unlawful demand.
