MSNBC Banned From Rittenhouse Trial For Following Jury Bus

  1. I know we got much bigger fish to fry but much like the relevance and application of the Third Amendment, the whole concept of “Trial By Jury” has become antiquated, unworkable, and not consistent with truth finding.

  2. Prosecute this guy! And what about Binger, why has he not been arrested for his “assault rifle” stunt in his closing arguments? And what more has to happen before the judge declares a mistrial with prejudice?

  3. MSNBC…..not an ounce of journalism there top to bottom…hope the Fhead goes to jail for 45 months just like the Q guy who walked thru the Capital taking selfies…..tell me which ONE SHOULD BE IN JAIL???

  4. I recall the video of George Floyd’s nephew/cuz/whatever saying they had someone there at the trial taking photos/attempting to take photos of the jury. He could have just been posturing and blowing smoke but an investigation needs to check for connections here.

    MSBLMNBC indeed.

  5. Everybody is afraid of the right decision in this case and wants someone else to make it. The AG knew it was unwinnable and passed it off to his assistant Vyshinsky Binger.

The judge would rather leave it in the hands of the jury. At least some of the jurors are no doubt intimidated by the leftist mob. If the jury returns a guilty verdict, the judge can still declare a mistrial but will he? Stay tuned.

About the only thing certain at the moment is riots. Either celebratory or protest riots but certainly not peaceful riots.

  6. This trial is such a train wreck it should be tossed with prejudice what more do you need to happen before concluding purposeful substantial and irreparable prejudice to his case.
Sadly I don’t trust this jury, they are taking too much time and are clearly feeling very threatened. I was a juror years ago and remember feeling the grave weight of making sure we came to the correct verdict but no one was threatening to burn my house down, kill my family and make my life a living hell. And those threats hold a lot of water after what happened for 3 days in Kenosha.

  7. A dozen pallets of bricks have mysteriously appeared in a downtown Kenosha back alley, with no work-site anywhere in the vicinity. I hope the cops got there with a Moffet & flatbed to grab them before they become ammunition for the Far Left paid rioters.

You’d think the PD would have contacted all brick yards within 100 miles telling them to not make ANY brick deliveries to Kenosha for the duration of the trial and the riots afterwards. This shit isn’t rocket science, it’s Common Sense.

  8. I believe some on the jury are arguing to send Kyle to prison to pacify the BLM rioters like the George Floyd cops. But they need to realize BLM will only get worse demanding more in the name of justice and equality until someone starts standing up to them and the cops and national guard are deployed and allowed to stop this madness! It is unjust madness! Soon citizens will begin to fight and will authorities step in and arrest them!

  9. This is precisely what the liberal judge in the Chauvin trial should have done 8 months ago. But my derogatory adjective about the leftist judge appointed by a BUSH REPUBLICAN SHOULD EXPLAIN WHY IT DID NOT HAPPEN.

The Bush Republican is Tim Pawlenty; a Ronny hater from “the get go”!

The leftist Bush Republis is the Ronny hater Tim Pawlwnty!

  10. Remember last year when the FBI investigated Trump supporters for following the Biden campaign bus in Texas? And how the media had a collective conniption fit for a week about the gravely threatening dangerous threat that the Terrorist Texas Trump supporters posed to civil order and common decency?

  11. After reading the note the jury foreman sent to the judge I am convinced she’s the problem. The way she writes and her last sentence “We will request when ready,” says to me she’s the idiot leftist on the jury. My guess is a rich leftist bitch accustomed to giving orders, supports antifa/blm and all left wing causes because she never has to suffer the consequences.

The good imho is that the others aren’t buying her shit and are standing up to her. Being as how they asked to leave early says to me she’s pissed them all off and wants to get the hell out of dodge for the day.

She then requested from the judge to be allowed to take home jury instructions and this dumbass allowed it. She’s probably going to use them to come up with her new plan tomorrow.

I had been worried, but now my best bet is it’s her and maybe one or two others wanting to convict him and 9 or 10 saying hell no.

  12. I heard that lawyer who was working for free for them until they refused to listen about picking a jury said juror 54 said she knew some of the witnesses.
This entire thing is a huge mess, corrupt prosecutors, ineffective defense, clueless, chicken shit judge. If this ends up in a hung jury, Kyle’s Mom needs to get rid of this defense team and whomever advised her to hire them.

  13. You know at first I thought this judge was fair, but my opinion has changed. He talks a good talk and he did dismiss the gun charge, but he has also allowed all kinds of bullshit in like the blurry ass picture. The drone footage that just magically showed up, but they don’t know where it came from. He yelled at the prosecutor over the 5th amendment, but then did nothing about it. He allowed shit while telling the defense he would rule on it later. He has continued to allow jury deliberations knowing the defense withheld evidence, again saying they’d take it up later. He threw out MSNBC and said he would sent it to the proper authorities, yet he’s the judge and this is his court and his jury.
Then he looks at the lawyers when the juror asks if she can take home jury instructions, now the jury has seen the prosecutors make no signs while the defense shakes their head no. Then later tells them after the jury has left he doesn’t see a problem with it, they can look things up anyway, which he tells them they can’t do. Then he says they can’t take notes home unless they’re on the jury instructions then they can take them home.
