    E – Every Time You Go Away, Paul Young
    I – In The Living Years, Mike & The Mechanics (with the brilliant Paul Carrack on vocals. One of the most under appreciated vocalists ever).
    O – On Broadway, George Benson
    U – Unchain My Heart, Ray Charles
    Y – You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me, Dusty Springfield (possibly one of the world’s greatest pop singers ever).
