  1. What country is this from, Australia? What complaints does this woman truly have? There is no context towards this view that is given and If my wife expressed this, I would find no basis in reality.

  2. This is the same thing that happened over supporting Trump, now it is being a vaccine zealot and sooner or later it will be about climate lockdowns. What is happening is people are getting red pilled and seeing reality while their spouse (kids, friends etc.) becomes more ensnarled in the narrative. And if you get sucked into that you won’t be able to co-exist with anyone but your echo chamber and you’ll fight to stay in that chamber. I see it every day with some people I have to deal with and they have no idea how they are being manipulated.

  3. Attack the institutions. Attack the family. At the root of it all is an attack on God who their envy ultimately is directed at. Fifty years ago when the “Happy Holidays” shit first started the claim was that the dirty motherfuckers felt excluded. I was 12 years old and just fine with excluding them. It was already obvious to me that contrary to “popular wisdom” they were attacking Christmas.

The fuckers are Satanists and actively hostile to The Good. That is the alpha and the omega of progressivism. Conceding “good intentions” to the subhuman pieces of shit is never warranted.

  4. People change over time. Leave on good terms and don’t look back too often. Dust yourself off and move on with your life. No one got an instruction book, so life is generally a coin toss. You will recover but not over night and your not the only one who has been on this path.

  5. LEt’s be honest. We have no idea who this couple is and how they relate to each other. To suggest their relationship died because of the NWO is a stretch. Come on, guys

  6. Sometimes I wonder just how many broken people are deliberately and systematically plotting their revenge in the manner of Tim McVeigh. People who feel they have nothing left to lose are legion and just the laws of statistical probability suggest that it is logical to assume there are more than a few who have said: It ain’t over until it’s over, and I am going to decide when it’s over.

  7. We have to deduce why the destruction is happening. I have my thoughts about it – the various governments are hell-bent on reducing the earth’s population and they have employed several methods to do get it done.

What do you other folks at IOTW think about what the root cause is?

  9. Just moved after spending 20 years with a woman. She informed me we didn’t have a relationship. Looks like I was there to pay the bills. Gutted my 401k, bought a house and haven’t missed her or her shrewish bitching one single bit.

And, after telling me I lived there ‘rent free’, she’s looking like she’s losing her house. TFB.

“Western” (which is only west of China) “philosophy”.

  11. Nobody lives happily ever after. When deciding to commit to a mate for life, consider who you want with you WTSHTF. Situations change a lot more than people do.

  12. I married a a young woman that was raised by her father correctly, a D.I. We talk things over and usually always agree. I have conservative friends married liberal women. Ironically all school teachers. Imagine that. The women say jump, and they ask how high on the way up.

  13. There is clearly more to the story than that little snippet in that tweet.

But it does highlight the absolute necessity for marrying someone who values their civil liberties, thinks for herself, and loves her country, i.e. a conservative.

Although the wife does not stay abreast of the issues as much as I do (she has other interests, go figure) her right-leaning bona-fides are rock solid and she laments living in the land of the heathen as much as I do.

@Rich, you’re a moron. There’s nothing immoral about that. It’s like being red/green color blind.

It’s a problem, though, when you tell people, most of whom aren’t color blind, nor morons, to do things that seem like good ideas to the color blind, and morons.

    Don’t be that guy.

This is classic Libtard speak. This poor ignorant asshole just tried to combine talking points they heard on CNN, MSNBC, and PBS, And you end up with a word salad that is totally illogical. They do this because they’re so stupid they can’t think for themselves. Don’t be that guy.

  16. Pardon me while I fap fap fap to a picture of Nancy Pelosi. Afterwards I will give President Biden a tongue bath. He needs one after he soils himself and I am so happy to give him one.

  17. I have never heard anyone say getting married was the best thing they have ever done. Voluntarily I am talking about. Friends have never just come out and said it. What are the numbers now, official numbers, I think are 53% divorce rate, tack on another 2% that end in murder. So that gives you a 45% sucess rate, out of that how many are truly happy, like my parents were. No thanks

    > I have never heard anyone say getting married was the best thing they have ever done.

Because you’re listening to the “marriage hesitant”. After a few booster marriages, you’re fine with a regularly scheduled next marriage. And you’ll be happy. You’ll have nothing, and be happy.
