  8. Tony – I am not 70 yet, though over 60, so quickly getting there.
    Yes, I remember her and the atrocity that was the tennis match to show that women could compete with men. Ignore Billy being more than 25 years younger and Bobby having retired and also ignore that they changed the rules of the game so that BJK could use the doubles lines while Bobby was limited to the standard singles court.
    A fair competition? No. Could BJK have beat BR in a complete standard contest? Maybe, but we will never know. Maybe someone should point out the different standards.

  11. Slightly off topic, but still a point to be made. Has anyone ever read ‘The Lazlo Letters’? In that book, which is brilliant and hilarious, there is a letter to the Hershey Corp from none other than Lazlo Toth, talking about receiving a deformed M+M in his recent purchase. He was convinced that the deformed M+M represented America falling apart and incompetence that could trigger the Russians to attack. Well…. Lazlo… I got to say that today’s Administration represents exactly what you were talking about way back then. In fact, I think they (Democrats) must be getting big payoffs or Golden Parachutes if they allow China or Russia to attack or invade! Killing us off with diseases and shots, military that dresses up like girls, Global Warming is the biggest National Security crisis… the list goes on and on. We have no sane representative in office today! They would sell us out in a hot minute to feather their own nest.
