Food company Frito-Lay has cut down the number of chips in each bag of Doritos as record inflation has raised production expenses.

  1. They’ve been doing that with pre packaged chicken thighs for a little less than a year. It went from six, to five, and now down to four. And the price is still up,

    It’s called shrinkflation.
    Check your TP rolls, there about 3/4″ smaller that they used to be.
    Campbell’s soup, 22oz, 18.5oz, now 14.5oz.

    Give it a bit more time… I recently splurged on a 12 pak of Stella Artois not noticing 11.2 ounces per can now. The price hadn’t dropped any tho…

  4. Rumor has it that Oscar Mayer is going to have either smaller wienies or less per package.

    If they opt for 9 meat tubes per package instead of 10 then Wonder hot dog bun products will be limited to 7 buns instead of 8.
