According to the White House, the president is weighing a release of one million barrels a day from the strategic petroleum reserves. Last scheduled debate Biden said he’d end fossil fuels and Trump said that is a big (f-ing) deal. Even the moderator said why did you say that. He told us what he was involved with. Elections, even stolen, have consequences.

Trump fills the reserves with cheap oil under his administration. Now the vertical cadaver releases the strategic reserves to help cover his phuckups. Imagine what that will cost to replace.

Great. The strategic oil reserve is a little over 630M barrels (according to the government). You are going to release 1M barrels a day? That 1M barrels is about 5% of what we use. To put it a little differently, you are going to release 0.16% of the reserve to supply less than 1/20 of our needs.
