I think it was just some idiot homeless person, but he kept attacking people. He has been identified. A mile from where I lived 2 years ago, generally not a particularly unsafe part of town but it’s this homeless guy’s block.

Well, the mail must go through, or not so much.
Unless it’s done electronically, wait till there is a delay in their gov. assistance checks. They probably didn’t think about that. Hell, just dump all of their mail in one big dumpster, have a truck hall it in once a week. Savage assholes.

These days the payments skip the post office and are made directly to EBT card accounts.
One big dumpster to consolidate the trips. Now the homeless can get their mail while they grocery shop!
