An article posted here a few days ago laid it all out. Kamala steps down for “health reasons”. Dems appoint Obama as Veep. Biden gets 25th out of office. Obama becomes President again. The dems need to get it done before the Republicans take over congress next January. Maybe that will be the final straw, and the call to arms.
