Special Counsel John Durham scored two major wins on Wednesday ahead of the criminal trial for ex-Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, as the judge ordered a key witness to testify and agreed to review memos the defense is trying to conceal with a claim of attorney-client privilege.
During a hearing, U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper expressed skepticism that memos detailing the Fusion GPS firm’s opposition research on Donald Trump’s ties to Russia – some of which were shared with the news media and the FBI — were covered by attorney-client privilege and agreed to Durham’s request to review 38 of the documents that prosecutors want to introduce at trial later this month.
Cooper said he wasn’t convinced the Clinton campaign, Sussmann and his law firm and Fusion GPS should have blanket privilege over the documents, at one point citing a memo of Fusion’s contacts with a reporter as evidence of “assisting a media strategy” rather than legal advice.
Cooper also unsealed his order to compel that granted Fusion GPS computer researcher Laura Seago limited immunity and ordered her to testify at trial as Durham sought. more here
I’ve written here before I think Durham is a dog with a bone. He seems obsessed. Which is good. But sooner rather than later I need to see an elected official charged with something.
If BFH keeps posting about this investigation-I’ll hold out hope.
The key to seeing Hillary frog-marched is whether Sussmann chooses a long prison sentence, or Arkancide.

I’m not a Durham fan boy either. It’s entirely conceivable that this comes down to process crime Kabuki theater.
Still part of me feels like withholding judgment because Durham is not doing “nothing”. He is still unpeeling the onion. It took him 5 years to unpack the Boston FBI relationship with Whitey Bulger.
He’s like the blob, he moves an inch at a time but his mass is building. You start with the lowest rat and slowly allow them to eat the bigger rats until you get to the royal rats. Sussman is a big rat. Not quite royalty but definitely inside the queen rats inner sphere.
You flip him and you get Elias, Sullivan, and Podesta. Flip them and you get Hillezbub the queen rat. Hillezbub will flip on the Pedo and the Keyan queer.
If Durham is legit he knows that if you target the Maguc Halfrican you better bag him the first time, so if I was him I would be slow and methodical also.
I’m still 50/50. Let’s hope the carpet of corruption unravels. If you’ve seen Hillezbub recently you can tell she’s scared and that means something. She looks awful so maybe she will just go ahead and die. That would be good also.

He is burning millions of fake money. To convince some (less than average intellect) people to keep producing real, tangible, value. To keep wo(r)king for The System(TM). Until The System tells them “It wasn’t The System’s fault”. That The System cheated them. Again. So they can pat themselves on the back. For being so smart to believe The System. And keep working for The System.
