Additionally, in the background of the federal DHS and HHS contracts for food products, including baby food/formula, most of those federal contracts contain a ‘first right‘ or ‘prioritized continuity‘ provision, creating a distribution outcome (via contractual mandate) where illegal aliens end up with preferential allocation. more

Abbott baby formula plant was shut down by the FDA 3 months ago after 4 babies got bacterial infections and 2 died. The bacteria that caused the infections was not found in the factory but the FDA refuses to let them open except to make formula for special dietary formulas.
