A few days ago, GOP reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene from Georgia and Dan Crenshaw from Texas were involved in a heated online exchange over providing U.S. aid to Ukraine

Since Russia’s incursion began, the U.S. has supplied Ukraine with billions of dollars in aid.  Back in March, the House and the Senate approved $13.6 billion for “assistance” to Ukraine.  On Tuesday, the House approved $40 billion more in aid.  At the beginning of the month, Biden had requested $33 billion, but the House generously offered $7 billion more.

The aid to Ukraine comes as the U.S., under Biden, is struggling on several fronts.

The inflation and supply chain crises are the worst of their kind in recent U.S. history.  The situation has deteriorated to such an extent that there is a shortage of baby formula. 

The border is open and unguarded.  This has allowed an influx of unvetted illegal aliens.  Experts say this is the leading cause of the crime wave plaguing the nation.  The open borders have facilitated the smuggling of illicit fentanyl into the U.S.  The Wall Street Journal reported that drug-overdose deaths in 2021 topped 100,000 for the first time in a calendar year. more

    Eventually there will be a reckoning and China will want recompense for their “loans.” It ain’t gonna end line the “lend lease” program that forgot most of Europe’s debts to America…

    And that day of reckoning may be at hand…

    Of course! Biden’s set Ukraine up as a money laundering scheme for all of congress.

    That’s why the House-of-shame added 7 billon to the pile; more clowngress members wanted in on bilking of America.

  16. Dear Friends, The explanation for the Dan Crenshaw’s of Congress is simple: Our gov’t — for now almost entirely at the federal level — is of one party/class. There are no “Democrats” and “Republicans” there, save the odd outliers. The Congress is populated by career politicians.

    What DOES the congress DO year-in and year-out?

    1. Sit in oversight committees where they give really great and really heinous speeches to each other, yet refer no one for criminal investigation and nothing is changed in the agencies they “oversee”.
    2.Travel back and forth from their districts during their many lengthy recesses, at our expense.
    3. Take credit for “writing” legislation which has been crafted by lobbyists who deliver their work products to them along with envelopes stuffed with “donations”.
    4. Hold district “Town Halls” in which they have security guards eject constituents who disagree with or try to expose them.
    5. Regularly travel to the far reaches of the world, stay at expensive hotels, eat expensive food, and are protected by armed security. At our expense.
    6. Count coup on each other at predictable intervals (GE and mid-terms) usually on the strength of lies.
    7. Pass laws that are unconstitutional, but ruin peoples’ lives between the time they are passed and the time SCOTUS rules them so.

    There are about 300 more “things” the congress does that have nothing to do with governance, but I’m tired. The congress is irrelevant to our daily lives, except the harm they do us.

  17. Crenshaw is a warmongering asshole, and he should know damn well that most of that $40+ billion will be kicked right back into DC and used by the democrats to fund the next round of riots and election fraud.

  23. Any politician that wants to keep sending US Taxpayer money to The Ukraine should lead by example and send 50% of their NET SALARY FIRST.

  28. ALL the money “sent” to Ukraine comes back to the connected, cleaned and thoroughly laundered.
    It’s a scam … and Crenshaw must be getting some of it.
    Anyone who supports it is a liar, a con artist, and a traitor.
    (not necessarily in that order)
