Worried about “over policed” “people of color”… Well, crap weasels, if 20% commit 80% of the crime, then it is not over-policing. It’s more like proportional to the criminal demographics.
Hell, take tazers away from cops and give them to the teachers. Cops need to move away from the social worker fuzzy logic “escalation of force” and proportionality to simply whack the bastards.
