A man armed with at least one weapon and burglary tools was arrested near Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home after telling police officers he intended to kill Kavanaugh, The Washington Post reported.
The California man in his mid-twenties was on a street near Kavanaugh’s Montgomery County, Maryland, home when he was stopped by officers and admitted his plans to kill the justice, according to The Washington Post.
It remains unclear who alerted authorities to the threat.
The man may have been motivated by anger over the leaked draft opinion revealing the likely overturning of Roe v. Wade and by a recent series of mass shootings, sources familiar with the investigation told The Washington Post.
The Chevy Chase Police Department and the Supreme Court news media department did not immediately respond to The Daily Caller News Foundation’s or The Free Press’s requests for comment.

The group Created Equal, said that Nicholas Roske, 26, who was charged with attempted murder, apparently acted on Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s words when he said “Brett Kavanaugh will pay the price” in March 2020.
“Today, an abortion advocate apparently acted on the incendiary words of Sen. Chuck Schumer that Justice Brett Kavanaugh ‘will pay the price.’ The inflammatory rhetoric of the left is leading to violence. It’s time for the Biden administration to publicly call for abortion advocates to turn down the temperature,” the Created Equal statement reads.

Another story that doesn’t add up. Somehow he got from Cali to DC with a gun and then had to take a cab to the judges house. And then admits to a cop that he is there to kill the judge. This is getting ridiculous.
I pray that one or more of these unhinged leftwing nuts does not attempt and kill or wound any SC Justice over the next 3 weeks before they announce their decision on banning Roe at the end of the end of the month. I’m afraid that there would be hell to pay if that happened and that’s just what the left wants, more division on their part to destroy our country. I hate the left; their bloodlust will never be satisfied just like their master Lucifer. I am grateful that me & mine are not anywhere near a big, democrat run city. Things are going to get real ugly, real fast this summer. The woke mob are just waiting for Roe to be overturned. When that happens, all of the shit that has happened in the last couple of years will be like a day at the park. These fuckers are going to loot, burn & mayhem just because their democrat overlords told them that it is okay to prey on those who don’t kneel before them.
