  11. The FBI didn’t raid Hillary because the FBI isn’t doing law enforcement. Assumption inherent in the question is wrong.

    The FBI didn’t raid Hillary because she wasn’t suing them in a RICO action, and thus they didn’t need to grab her documents to keep her evidence out of court.
