  4. This is a big deal because, I believe, courts have already found that it is unconstitutional for a private entity such as Fecebook to act on behalf of the govt when it would be unconstitutional for the govt to do it itself. Major no-no.

    yeah, they have that covered. facesuck wasn’t ‘acting’ for the government, they were working for them. Sort of like fauci and funding foreign labs, in china and ukraine. They do it all the time- taxpayers pay for it, and lawyers and media make awareness of it evaporate over time.
