A finalist for the Miss England crown has distinguished herself by competing with no makeup. Melisa Raouf, 20, who has worn makeup for a long time, decided after a semifinal round to go without it. In the final in October, she intends to do the same
She said she chose to participate without any makeup since she recently realized that she is beautiful in her natural state.
Yea, well then she should appear in her natural state. Neked. Put up or shut up lady.
Hmm, well after reviewing the presented facts, she is pretty cute with out make up. However I am a man and ergo a pig so I still demand to see her neked
She shouldn’t shave either…
I’ve always thought that a good looking lady didn’t need 3 layers of makeup. In fact most times, less is better. With that being said, less is almost always better.
^^^^ You’ve gone to far. Not a big fan of cousin it.
I’ll cast my judgment till i see her “Oh My God” face
I apologize to everyone for my last comment.. Too many refreshments at the local pub tonight to write crap like my last post …best to her .. oh by the way.. she’s cute regardless
Where the iotw women?
Most women cringe seeing that much oil on her face…
Brad, aint nothing wrong with hair down there…
Loco, I read that as “Where the white women at?”
– aint nothing wrong with hair down there… so long as it’s not a giant afro with two beady little eyes lookin back at you!
Sure, if she’s attractive without make up yeah, go for it. But in this case a matte, natural colored foundation should be used to cover up, her obvious oily “T” zone.
Don’t get too excited guys, the T-zone is just her cheeks, forehead, nose and chin.
Just read your comment LocoBlancoSaltine. Yes, that shiny, oily face is problem for women and a pet peeve of mine. It’s the first thing I noticed. Yuk!
Stupid publicity stunt. She is a pretty girl and all, but with the harsh lighting required for the camera, even the most beautiful person in the world will look washed out. She is “beautiful in her natural state”. Okay. Fine. Whatever. But being in an auditorium under the bright lights is not a natural state.
Will she compete with her natural British teeth?
@Cynic: With a surname like Raouf, those choppers prolly ain’t British. That’s an arabic name.
Top pick looks like she at least used an illuminating moisturizer.
That being said, to control oil it would probably take in addition to oil control skin care products.
1. Primer
2. Matte Foundation
3. Bronzer
4. Highlighter
5. Blush
6. Setting Powder (under eye and T-zone)
7. Fake Lashes
8. Mascara and Eyeliner
9. Lipstick
10. Gloss
11. Setting Spray
Add to all those layers, additional powdering to absorb breakthrough oil, between stage appearances.
I think I will stick to my tinted moisturizer/sunscreen and a lip balm.
At least my face doesn’t look like I fell face first into a mud puddle, should I swear or cry.
And those stupid “No makeup, makeup” looks that take 15 products to achieve….Just, No.
Sweat= not Swear
Although, I have been known to do both.
I have never worn makeup, but to the girls that do,good on ya!
She might be on to something. Make no makeup a beauty pageant rule. It might be a back door way of keeping trannies from competing.
She has my vote. Brunette with olive complexion and blue eyes…yes, please! Bonus: No makeup means she can be ready to go out in 15 minutes! Winner!

Bless your heart..
You forgot there is still hair, wardrobe, and nails to contend with.
15 minutes.. hahaha
@ Crazy White Cracker
English women usually don’t shave. I’ll never forget seeing girls with hairy legs back in 1974 when I got there.
I heard someone ask an old preacher what he thought about women wearing makeup and he said, if the barn needs painting then paint it.
The only upside to COVID mask mandates… only needed mascara, didn’t bother with anything else because it rubbed off on the mask and we all looked exhausted anyway
