For some creep like Joe Biden to advocate for any black person anywhere and for any reason is laughable since he has a loooong reputation of hating blacks and ethnic people plus is a close associate of the hate group kkk for many years.     But you know that none of us would be bringing a cannabis/THC/whatever vape with us to a foreign country that frowns on such drug use (even if we personally disagree).
    So Russian prison time would be a moot point.
