There’s Something Major Missing Amid the Balenciaga Scandal

Fashion brand Balenciaga apologized this week after a recent advertisement showing toddlers holding teddy bears dressed in bondage sparked widespread outrage. 

The images were posted on its website as part of its “Toy Stories” campaign. Merchandise was also laid out in the photos, including collars, leashes, and other highly questionable décor. One image featuring another purse was even displayed on a desk with a page from the Supreme Court’s ruling in Aschroft v. Free Speech Coalition, which dealt with child pornography.   

“We sincerely apologize for any offense our holiday campaign may have caused,” the company wrote in its Instagram story. “Our plush bear bags should not have been featured with children in this campaign. We have immediately removed the campaign from all platforms.”

Regarding the Supreme Court case, Balenciaga apologized for “displaying unsettling documents.”

“We take this matter very seriously and are taking legal action against the parties responsible for creating the set and including unapproved items for our spring ’23 campaign photoshoot,” the statement said. “We strongly condemn abuse of children in any form. We stand for children safety and well-being.” more

  1. They are sorry they were caught. This is insane. It is beyond atrocious, and a thorough investigation needs to be done. First of all those kids need to be located so we know they are safe. If their parents hired them out as models, the police need to investigate and know how much the parents knew about the photo shoot. But really, first of all those kids need to be located.
    And then prison time.

    Epstein’s client list is being hidden and the elites are silent about that. Disney is grooming children and the elites are silent.

  3. I didn’t just fall off a turnip truck, and I don’t believe they would have published an ‘ad campaign’ without knowing what it was they spent money on and were publishing.

  4. Crickets from the Conserva-Cruisers, the Three Davids French, Frum and Brooks, Jonah “The Whale” Goldberg, and of course,not a peep from the North American Man Boy Lincoln Association. I expect the Moloch Left to studiously avoid the subject, but it’s pretty obvious now that the Establishment GOP is amoral opportunism wearing a conservative skin-suit.

  5. The article said Balenciaga claims some images were included without their approval. I call BS. I dealt with advertising agencies for forty seven years. No ad agency would take it upon themselves to do anything that wasn’t approved by the client. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars go into an ad campaign. If this slipped past Balenciaga, some people need to be fired.

  6. There’s another ad with a woman in an office. In the background is a stack of books One of the books is by an artist and features pedophilia, or cannibalism, or both. This is a subtle way of throwing it out there. That company supports this degeneration. They were trying to get it out there in a way that nobody would notice and then they could get some sort of thrill knowing they hoodwinked the public.

  8. It all has to get approved and paid for by Balenciaga. Somebody from the fashion brand had a hand waving “we were thinking of something like this” meeting with their ad agency-and the ad agency set about bringing Balenciaga’s concept to life.

    “Yes! My gawd! Bondage bears with kids! It’s so edgy and now! It’s fabulous!!!”

    They’d have to sign off on everything including where the ads were placed. No ad agency would just do some weirdo ad series for fun. They’d lose a big league client if they did-and future potential clients once word got out.

    Balenciaga Bullsh*t.
