JTN: Bill Cosby and NBCUniversal are facing yet another legal battle over “The Cosby Show” star’s alleged sexual misconduct, with multiple plaintiffs filing a sexual assault and battery suit in New York on Tuesday.
“Each plaintiff was sexually assaulted and battered by defendant Bill Cosby in the same or similar manner when he used his power, fame, and prestige… to misuse his enormous power in such a nefarious, horrific way,” the filing reads.
Plaintiffs further allege that the studio actively “enabled and aided” Cosby in these alleged sexual assaults to preserve their financial stake in his celebrity. more
With OJ, Cosby, and that Houston quarterback NEVER facing consequences of their misdeeds I don’t ever want to hear about blacks being mistreated by the legal system.
It’s hierarchy, not race you assholes.
So who are the plaintiffs?

I read an article yesterday about a former child star who was Shirley Temple’s contemporary.
Mara Wilson.
She said a director wrote a part just for her. Supposedly because she was almost as popular as Temple.
He told her she’d have to sleep with him first. She went directly to Louis B Mayer and he told her that’s how it was going to be.
Hollywood has always been a magnet for pedophiles and sexual predators.
It took em 30 years to work up their indignation?
I have no sympathy for assholes who take advantage of “little” people – and I have no doubt that Cosby’s an asshole – but 30 years?

Coincidently those 30 years very suddenly ended when he spoke out about blacks huge problem with illegitimate children/irresponsible fathers.
Go figure.
After all this hit the fan how many years ago, these new cases are just coming up now?
While I do not approve of actions such as they are accused of why are these new allegations just coming out now? Why didn’t they come forward when Cosby was investigated before?
Did the residuals run out?
No police report?
Then it didn’t happen.
