JTN: Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson on Tuesday rejected Democratic Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs’ request to sanction her former opponent, Republican nominee Kari Lake, for a lawsuit challenging Arizona’s election results.
Hobbs, in her official capacity as both secretary of state and governor-elect, along with Maricopa County, filed the request to force Lake and her legal team to pay the attorneys’ fees for all parties in the election lawsuit, which the county and Hobbs said was groundless and in bad faith. MORE

Is that so? I read that Ms Lake is on the hook for $33 thousand in witness fees though. Also that his/the judges’s full decision is not over yet. There is the matter of a “sanction” for Maricopa County officials of $141 thousand to be decided yet.
If Katie Hobbs was confident that there was an honest and fair election in Arizona, she’d let the lawsuits go forward to prove her correct, but she’s not. She can’t be and she’s duplicate in the corruption….
