On Wednesday, Massachusetts State Police released a statement following the sudden deaths of three officers within four days last December 2022.
Three active-duty Law Enforcement Officers, Officer John F. Santos (25) of The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department, Officer Sean Besarick (48) of the Brockton Police Department, and Officer Christopher A. Davis (42) of the Stoughton Police Department died suddenly last week. more
The troopers were fired; religious exemptions were not recognized. To add insult to injury, they were “dishonorably discharged,” meaning no pension/retirement benefits, and they will never be allowed to work in law enforcement again. Some had enough time to retire, but were denied that option.
Because disobeying orders.

A whistleblower had come forward and was fired for showing that when Baldacci, former guv, established a dept to “coordinate” with Homeland, etc the Staties decided instead of spying on foreign threats in the state they would gather info on gun owners, certain groups, etc.
The whistleblower got fired.
A judge just ordered the Staties to pay him $300,000.

“Died Suddenly”
…nope, not doing this today.
You all know. where I’m at with that.
And now, I have fresh cause for concern.
…My MIL is in a nursing home for rehab after her last fall broke her foot until she heals enough to at least walk to the bathroom on her own. The hospital kicked her out so she had to go somewhere. Not happy about it but I have to work and drive 11-12 hours a day so I can’t be there all the time, and the wife is still trying to heal from her masectomy and treatments, so it is what it is.
The nursing home has a sign on the door; MASK REQUIRED. WE ARE IN CONDITION OUTBREAK MEANING ONE OR MORE PATIENTS HAS COVID-19.
Can’t be helped.
ALL the nursing homes say the same.
The staff doesn’t take it very seriously. Most have their mask down all the time, some have it off. Ditto the patients.
And for some reason, they kept trying to encourage her to go in the common area.
My wife has MPA on her. Long story. They asked her if they could jab my MIL. Considering that she had a heart attack just when Coof STARTED that required stent installation, she gave a resounding NO.
The facility didn’t seem too worried about it.
Nice place. New, well lit, clean, doesn’t have old people smell yet despite all the old people. Furniture not broke down, TVs work, food actually smells good. A bit understaffed, but these days who isn’t.
Gotta watch them though just the same. With RINO DeWhine and his Coof overreaction tendencies, you never know what might happen. Place is in the country, tho, lots of places that an univited Jabber could, eh, disappear.
We’ll see.
It’s hard to assess “Died Suddenly” in a nursing home.
But she’s not currently messed up like that.
And if she DOES get messed up like that…well, residents aren’t the ONLY ones who can “die suddenly”. That sort of thing seems pretty catching.
Be a shame if it did, is all I’m saying…

Was with group of men last night (12+-) and two of them came in with masks on. Up and down all evening (the masks) and it just pisses me off. You want to think better of people, but even if the masks had POSITIVE value with the way they’re used they’re useless unless you count the negative aspects of it.
I know I shouldn’t let it get to me, but it does. I’m afraid even some of them without the masks would run to get in line for the next limitations, jabs and other requirements with the next pandemic/roll out. After all it’s for our own good right?
I swear half the population is no longer capable of critical thinking.
Smokers get lung cancer…

Gunshot can be sudden death…
